FROSTBURG, Md. - Depth and more balance were two points that seventh-year head coach Dale Luy stressed about his 2013-14 Frostburg State University track & field teams. While the Bobcat men's team boasts a 52-man roster, the women have improved all across the board with better talent at every event.
