Senior Cliff Bridges (Raleigh, N.C./William G. Enloe) was named one of the three recipients of the Maryland Association of College Directors of Athletics (MACDA) post-graduate scholarships, the organization announced last week.

The UMBC men's track and field team completed its 2009 outdoor season at the NCAA East Regional Championships Friday and Saturday in Greensboro, N.C.

Senior Cliff Bridges (Raleigh, N.C./William G. Enloe) was named to the America East Outdoor Track and Field Men's All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference Tuesday.

The UMBC track and field teams competed in the final day of the IC4A/ECAC Championships as the men's team finished in 31st place with eight points.
