Gavin Gibson recorded a pair of win to lead McDaniel at the Diplomat Open. He won the 1000 and was part of the 4x800-meter relay.

Recent McDaniel graduate Jim Heilman won the eighth annual Casey Cares and Baltimore Orioles 5K.

McDaniel College has announced its Dean s List from the Spring 2017 semester and 125 Green Terror student-athletes. In addition, four student-athletes were named to the Green and Gold Honor Roll.

At the annual award ceremonies that McDaniel College holds each spring, 23 Green Terror student-athletes were among the honorees.

Syd Knadler, a senior, was named the Centennial Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year in women's swimming. Knadler was one of 24 Green Terror winter student-athletes named to the CC Winter Academic Honor Roll.

Gavin Gibson finished third with a program record in the 1000 to lead McDaniel at the 2017 ECAC men s indoor track and field championship. The Green Terror finished tied for 31st with six points.

Gavin Gibson was part of a pair of ECAC-qualifying marks and established a new program record in the 800 to lead McDaniel at the Centennial Conference championship. The Green Terror finished ninth with 27 points.

McDaniel has announced its Dean s List from the Fall 2016 semester and 106 Green Terror student-athletes, including 33 first-semester students, qualified for the honors.

Nevin Stambaugh won a pair of events to lead McDaniel at the Larry Sharpe Invitational.

Jim Heilman finished second with an ECAC-qualifying time in the 1000 and led off the record-setting 4x1600-meter relay to lead McDaniel at the DuCharme Invitational. The Green Terror finished 10th in the 17-team field with 34 points.
