The Navy women’s cross country team will look to build on its first place win at the Salty Dog Invitational last weekend when it competes in the Maryland-Eastern Shore Invite on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

The Navy women’s cross country team had to use all seven of its scoring runners to grab first place at the Salty Dog Invitational on Saturday at the USNA Cross Country Course.

The Navy women’s cross country team will hold its annual Salty Dog invitational on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the USNA Cross Country Course. Navy welcomes American, Bowie St., George Washington, Loyola, Maryland and McDaniel.

The Navy women’s cross country team placed fifth at the Harry Lang Invitational on Saturday. Navy will look ahead to its home meet, the Salty Dog Invitational, on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 11 a.m.

The Navy women’s cross country team prepares for the Harry Lang Invitational, hosted by Colgate University, on Saturday. Saturday’s meet is the first of five competitions before the league championship.

The Navy women’s cross country squad was selected to finish third in the 2015 Patriot League Preseason Poll, which was announced by the league office on Friday.
