Peter Merkel finished 42nd to lead McDaniel at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational. Running in just the 4,000-meter race, the Green Terror finished 14th among the 35 teams that competed in the race.

Peter Merkel finished 60th overall to lead McDaniel to ninth-place finish at the Navy Invitational.

Calvin Ball finished in the top 10 in both the 3,000- and 5,000-meter races to lead McDaniel at its own Green Terror Challenge.

Peter Merkel finished third to lead McDaniel at the annual Baltimore Metro Meet. As a team, the Green Terror finished second among the three teams that ran complete, scoring 40 points.

McDaniel College has announced its Dean s List from the Spring 2014 semester and 117 Green Terror student-athletes qualified for the honors.

At the annual award ceremonies that McDaniel College holds each spring, 18 Green Terror student-athletes were among the honorees.

McDaniel student-athletes are often involved in community service activities. On Sunday, Apr. 27, two area events garnered the attention and support of many of the Green Terror teams.

McDaniel men s and women s cross country teams were named All-Academic by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
